To the maximum extent permitted by commercial law, Hong Kong Yofai Limited, alongside its executives and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the deployment or failure of our products.

13. INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS

You agree to legally indemnify and defend Hong Kong Yofai Limited (operating as Aboveetec), our subsidiaries, and our fulfillment partners from any third-party claims, damages, or legal fees arising directly from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any international laws.

16. LOGISTICAL RISK AND TITLE TRANSFERENCE

Aboveetec diligently manages the fulfillment of all workspace equipment. However, the legal title to the goods and the risk of loss or damage officially transfer to you the moment the parcel is handed over to the designated freight carrier. We are not liable for transit delays dictated by customs or carrier inefficiencies.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROTOCOL

To foster a professional commercial relationship, both parties agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or product usage shall first be submitted to our administrative team via email. A mandatory 30-day informal negotiation period must be observed before either party may seek formal legal intervention.
