1. Post-Delivery Equipment Audit
Upon receiving your items—whether from our Dynamic Support series, Time Rhythm collection, or Desktop Cleanse units—we strongly advise conducting an immediate hardware audit.

Should you detect any structural defects, mechanical irregularities, or transit-induced damage, please alert our technical support desk at support@aboveetec.com within 48 hours.

Immediate reporting enables our team to expedite a resolution, such as a priority hardware replacement or a full account credit.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
Aboveetec honors a 30-day return window, commencing from the confirmed date of delivery. Because our products are precision workspace tools, any returned hardware must satisfy the following non-negotiable criteria:

The equipment must remain in its original, unassembled, and completely unused condition.

All factory seals, serial number tags, and warranty inserts must be untampered and intact.

The item must be repacked in its original structural packaging, including all protective foam and organizational sleeves.

A verified digital invoice or valid proof of purchase is required to initiate the process.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure
To uphold our inventory integrity, Aboveetec strictly enforces a standardized RMA workflow:

Initiation: You must submit a formal return request via email to support@aboveetec.com.

Approval & Routing: Upon verification, our administrative team will issue a unique alphanumeric RMA code alongside the correct regional warehouse routing instructions.

Non-Compliant Returns: Any freight dispatched to our fulfillment centers lacking a valid, pre-approved RMA code will be rejected at the loading dock and will forfeit any refund eligibility.
4. Freight Responsibility and Allocation

Manufacturer/Logistical Error: If a return is necessitated by a verifiable hardware defect or a fulfillment misroute on our end, Aboveetec will absorb all associated return freight liabilities.

Client Preference/Remorse: If a return is initiated due to subjective preference, spatial incompatibility, or a general change of mind, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for all return shipping tariffs. Original outbound freight charges remain non-refundable.
5. Exemptions and Final Sale Articles
To maintain strict quality control, specific inventory categories are disqualified from our return procedures:

Custom-Configured Setups: Any workspace hardware specifically modified, tailored, or personalized to a client's specific dimensions.

Final Sale/Clearance: Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of checkout, as well as digital gift certificates.
6. Statutory EU Withdrawal Rights
For clients operating within the European Union, we fully comply with statutory consumer directives granting a 14-day cancellation window without requiring formal justification. To qualify, the returned merchandise must still adhere strictly to our "unused" and "factory condition" prerequisites outlined in Section 2.
7. Refund Processing and Capital Disbursement
Once your RMA parcel arrives at our designated facility:
