  • Canada, UK & Europe: 7 to 15 business days.

4. Tracking and Visibility

Visibility into your shipment's progress is critical. Your provided tracking number enables you to monitor the parcel's route via the carrier’s network. Please allow a 48-hour window from the time of dispatch for the carrier’s digital system to reflect the initial scanning data.

5. Import Duties and Tax Liabilities

All international shipments are processed as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the purchaser is legally recognized as the importer of record. Any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by the destination country's government are the exclusive financial responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our checkout totals.

6. Freight Protection and Claim Protocols

We engineer our packaging to withstand rigorous freight conditions, but we are prepared to resolve exceptions swiftly.

  • Damaged Goods: If a product arrives structurally compromised or defective, please notify support@aboveetec.com within 72 hours of receipt, attaching clear photographic proof of the defect and packaging. We will promptly issue a replacement unit or process a refund.

  • Missing or Stolen Deliveries: Aboveetec relinquishes liability for parcels once the tracking status is officially updated to "Delivered" by the postal carrier. Should you be unable to locate a delivered package, we strongly advise checking with facility management, colleagues, or neighbors, and filing a trace report directly with the local carrier.
